Please take a moment to provide a few specifics, and then I’ll reach out to you as soon as possible with the next steps in the process.
DISCUSS & STRATEGIZE
Once I check out your info, we’ll touch base to answer any questions you have and align about getting started. We can book some time to chat if needed as well. I’ll share a personalized project Proposal for you, and we can move forward with onboarding you into your Client Portal.
I use extremely easy and accessible tools like Trello, Notion, GDrive, etc. to create and organize everything from to-do’s, upcoming events, all of our design files, etc. I’m always accessible via email (with a 24hr or less window), and I encourage you to reach out as needed to request any consult calls as needed. We will make sure ALL bases are covered before we get started, and I am never more than an email away for any questions you have!
CONTENT + REVIEW
After working through a quick Questionnaire and making sure all of your questions are answered, we’ll kick your project off and dive right into Research + Concept Development mode.
The Design process will follow, and we’ll be in close touch to plan every Review phase as needed - I am always 100% open ears to your feedback and goals. For Monthly project arrangements, we’ll be in touch at least 2x a month via call to make sure everything is running smoothly.
We’ll fine-tune every detail and get all of your assets totally organized 👌🏻
SENDING IT OUT
INTO THE WORLD
After all of the ✨perfect✨ final finishing touches have been made, we’ll touch base on all of the final details and get ready to send your new ideas out into the world!
An Off-boarding process will cover anything that’s left and make sure you’re fully supported either for your one-off project or monthly arrangement. Next - and final - step is Launch! Whether we’ve worked on one big project together that’s ready to press ‘GO’ on, or we’re working together on a Monthly/Retainer basis to keep your goals supported, launch day/week/etc. is exciting every. single. time!
